SoftStonePrints

Last updated: June 5, 2026

Overview

SoftStonePrints sells whimsical animal clipart and digital prints through our Etsy shop. This policy explains what we collect on our website (softstoneprints.com) and through the internal tools we use to publish our own listings. We do not sell your personal data.

Email signups

If you submit your email address through a signup form on this site, we use it to send you the free clipart pack you requested and occasional updates about new releases. Your email is processed and stored by Resend (privacy policy), our email service provider, acting as a data processor on our behalf. We never sell your email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by replying “unsubscribe.”

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the performance of our ads and to show relevant ads to people who have visited the site. The pixel may set cookies and collect standard technical information (such as your IP address, browser, and the pages you view) and a signal when you submit a signup form. This data is processed by Meta in accordance with the Meta Privacy Policy. You can manage ad personalization in your Meta ad settings, or block these cookies using your browser settings or an ad-blocking extension.

Data we store

For website visitors, the only personal data we retain is the email address you choose to submit, held in our Resend audience. For our internal publishing tools, we store API tokens for our own SoftStonePrints accounts on our private infrastructure, used solely to authenticate requests on our own behalf. We do not store, share, or sell user data beyond what is described here.

Internal publishing tools

SoftStonePrints uses internal automation tools to publish content to our own accounts. These tools integrate with the Pinterest API v5 (developers.pinterest.com) and the Etsy API v3 (developers.etsy.com). They only access the SoftStonePrints accounts that authorized them; they do not access, store, or process any other user’s data. To revoke our application’s access to a connected Pinterest account, visit pinterest.com/settings/apps and click Revoke.
